It is also capable of withstanding temperature differences up to 20 degree Celsius on its surface. While its medium surface stress makes it resistant to scratches, sudden impacts, shocks and wind pressure during storms. Gurind  state of art horizontal full convection Toughen Plant is fully automatic, computer desk controlled, capable to produce certified quality triple silver coated heat strengthen safety glass conforming to all International safety and quality standards. The new state of the art Tempering Plant can also temper thin coated glass of 3mm thickness, a technology that is a first in India.

The heat system is designed using most modern heat convection techniques including air aspirating system to facilitate the achievement of best optical quality and true flatness in the product.
